All order placed before 3 PM EST usually ship within 1-2 business days. Occasionally we might not have the item you ordered in stock. For more information regarding backorders and delivery times please contact us. We do offer third party billing, but you must contact us directly. Prices quoted are FOB Pottstown, PA to a business address, shipments to residential addresses may be billed at a higher rate. Prices are subject to change without notice. If a special request is made, an additional handling charge may be included on the invoice to cover the resulting processing and carrier charges. Outside the Continental U.S. the buyer is responsible for any other shipping charges that apply (customs, duties, etc.)

Reese Osteotomy Guide System reserves the right to alter the design or form of any product or to discontinue any product prior to the date of delivery without incurring any obligation to make such changes in any items previously purchased, whether or not delivered.
Credit: Reese Osteotomy Guide System reserves the right to refuse orders, suspend credit and cancel unfulfilled orders when credit conditions of a customer warrant such action.

Shipments, Damages, and Shortages in Transit:
Reese Osteotomy Guide System assumes no responsibility or liability for unforeseen delays in making delivery. When signing for receipt of goods, all visible damages and/or shortages to cartons must be indicated on the carrier delivery receipt so that a claim may be filled with the carrier. The customer shall inspect all items upon arrival and give written notice to Reese Osteotomy Guide System of any claim for a shortage, non-conformance or damage within 24 business hours after receipt of shipment. NO CONSIDERATIONS FOR THESE CONDITIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS. Reese Osteotomy Guide System may make partial shipments, which the customer/distributor shall accept and pay for at the prices specified on maturity of the invoice involved.
Return Goods Policy
A returned merchandise authorization number (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning any product(s) to Reese Osteotomy Guide System. Product(s) returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer or distributor, at our cost, with a letter of explanation. Returns can only be granted and authorized by obtaining an RMA number from Reese Osteotomy Guide System customer service at 1-877-669-7646. Issuance of an RMA number should not be interpreted as a final credit to your customer account. Reese Osteotomy Guide System reserves the right to evaluate incoming returns prior to issuing any customer credit. Non-returnable products received by Reese Osteotomy Guide System will be returned directly to the customer, at our cost, with a letter of explanation. Sterile products, which have been opened, returned out of the original package, or returned after the sterile expiration date, are not returnable. Any instruments that are returned damaged will be repaired; the cost of the repair will be deducted from the credited amount. Private labeled, custom made, or custom etched products are not returnable. Reese Osteotomy Guide System will not refund any expedited Air shipment costs, i.e. First Overnight, Priority Overnight, 2 Day, or International shipping.
Reese Osteotomy Guide System
Full credit will be issued for any instrument returned within 30 days of invoice date, provided the instrument is returned in perfect condition. Product(s) must be returned in its original packaging after obtaining an RMA number. There will be a 20% restocking fee for products returned after 30 days but before 45 days after receipt of shipment. No returns will be accepted 45 days after receipt of shipment.
Instrument Warranty: All Reese Osteotomy Guide System instruments, except custom ordered or custom etched instruments, can be evaluated for quality, style and craftsmanship for up to 30 days from date of invoice. All Reese Osteotomy Guide System Instruments are guaranteed to be free of rust for at least 1 year from date of invoice. Any instrument returned for this reason will be refurbished or replaced, at Reese Osteotomy Guide System's discretion, without charge. All Reese Osteotomy Guide System instruments are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship when used for their intended surgical purpose. Any Reese Osteotomy Guide System product that proves defective in workmanship or material will either be repaired or replaced, at Reese Osteotomy Guide System's discretion, without charge.
